Position Summary
The BOH Coordinators helps turn our culture and standards into a great kitchen shift for both guests and Team Members. You will
lead Back of House operations, position and coach the team, solve problems in real time, protect food safety and product quality,
support responsible food cost and labor, and help Team Members grow.
This is a combined BOH leadership role. Coordinators may lead opening, transition, peak, or closing dayparts based on scheduling and restaurant needs.

Work Schedule: This full-time 40 hour per week hourly position is a leadership role generally expected to work approximately 40-50 hours per week based on business needs. Schedule requirements may include opening, closing, peak periods, weekends, and special events.
Pay: $23.50-$24.50 per hour.
Overtime: This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Wage Order requirements..
Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid time off for eligible Full-Time Front of House Directors, administered in accordance with Oroville
Chick-fil-A policy and applicable law.

Lead effective Back of House shifts and create clear priorities for the kitchen team.
• Position Team Members, manage breaks and cuts, and adjust the shift as guest demand and business needs change.
• Coach Team Members in real time, recognize strong performance, and hold the team accountable to expectations.
• Protect food safety and product quality, including standards related to Taste, Temperature, Portion Size, Order Accuracy,
cleanliness, and preparation.
• Understand food-cost drivers and help control waste through proper preparation, portioning, rotation, holding, forecasting, and
harvest practices.
• Identify kitchen bottlenecks, solve problems, and communicate opportunities and needs to senior leadership.
• Support responsible labor execution while protecting food safety, quality, Team Member development, and the guest experience.
• Complete applicable operational, food-safety, opening, transition, and closing responsibilities.
• Model our expectations of Performance, Attitude, Chemistry, Coachability, and Influence and help develop those behaviors in others.

This position is performed in person at Oroville Chick-fil-A and may include Front of House, Back of House, or cross training assignments. The restaurant environment may include prolonged standing and walking, reaching, bending, lifting,
40 pounds, carrying, repetitive motion, heat, cold, noise, wet surfaces, and cleaning products.
