Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Develop and mentor team members to foster a motivated and enthusiastic workforce
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a delicious and seamless customer experience
• create weekly an in-depth schedule for the the Back of House
• oversee a lean and manageable inventory system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 5 years of high capacity leadership experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Passion for delivering excellent food and customer service
