Back of House Help: Dishwasher, plus Cook I, Cook II, and Cook III positions

The Club at Glenmore is located in a private community about five miles east of Charlottesville on 250. Food outlets at the club include an a la carte restaurant, a bar and grill, a seasonal pool house kitchen, an outdoor dining pavilion, and an indoor ballroom with space for 250.

We are currently hiring for dishwashers and cooks, $15-17 per hour for dishwashers to start based on experience, and $17+ per hour based on experience and level I, II, or III cooks.

The dishwasher can be full- or part-time, morning or evening. Reliability is a must.

The cook I position is a morning/afternoon prep/pantry/salads/desserts position. Ideally full-time, but will consider someone part-time. The ability to occasionally fill in on the hot line in the evening is a plus. $17-20 per hour to start, DOE.

The cook II position is an evening hot line position. Ideally looking for someone full-time, but will consider someone part-time--either way, weekends are a must. The ability to occasionally fill in on the cold station in the mornings/afternoons is a plus. $20-24 per hour to start, DOE.

The cook III position is a junior sous chef position, involving preparation of soups, sauces and stocks, plus frying, broiling, sautéing and grilling on the line. Full-time only please. Could be mornings, evenings, or a mix of the two, let us know your availability when applying. $21-25 to start, DOE.
