    Position Type: Full Time: Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member


    Shift Expectations: Monday-Saturday availability


    Requirements:


    Basic:

    • Must be at least 18 years old

    • Must be able to speak and understand basic English if Spanish is your first language, or basic Spanish if English is your first language.

    • Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break

    • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions

    • Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies

    • Be able to easily move through various Back of House positions

    • Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment


    Specific to Position:

    • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

    • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

    • Stock kitchen inventory as needed

    • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

    • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

    • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

    • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

    • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

    • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

    • Other duties as assigned
