Team Member Responsibilities:
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests
Explain our menu and answer product questions
Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system
Present orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality
Prep beverages and assist in preparing items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.
Clean and maintain all guest areas
Additional customer service related tasks
