• Lead Breader role will be responsible for maintaining proper breading procedures so every piece of chicken meets Chick-Fil-A standards.
• Ensures proper rotation of chicken, hold times, cooked product levels throughout the day, and communicate with leaders and staff on catering/peak volume days.
• This role is for someone with a strong voice and the ability to maintain quality, food safety, and consistency with production needs.
• Needs to work well with others and be willing to train and coach other breaders on proper SOPs according to Chick-Fil-A requirements.
• Room for growth into higher leadership role

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Day shift
