What You'll Do
As a Prep Cook, you'll help prepare the food and ingredients that keep our kitchen running. You'll:
- Follow recipes and daily prep lists
- Prepare and portion food accurately and efficiently
- Label, store, and rotate products using FIFO
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and proper cooling procedures
- Safely operate knives and kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
- Work with the team to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking
- Team-oriented and positive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Previous Prep Cook, Line Cook, Restaurant, or Food Service experience preferred
- No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right person!
