Shift Leader
A Shift Leader must have chick fil a experience and is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and leads with a servant’s heart. They take pride in food safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency, while fostering a supportive and productive kitchen environment.
Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily kitchen operations and holding team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence, particularly in the areas of speed, accuracy, food safety, and quality. Their two main areas of focus are ensuring the kitchen runs effectively by completing essential operational tasks and coaching/developing team members to reach their full potential.
They lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and a sense of urgency. Shift Leaders maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards, ensure smooth coordination with Front of House, and keep kitchen operations running efficiently during their shifts.
