Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, assembled, and presented safely and efficiently.
• Oversee team members and ensure adherence to cooking and assembly practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following all food safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and Directors.
• Lead the opening or closing of the restaurant.
• Run Breaks
• Work cohesively with FOH leaders to ensure guests have an excellent experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
• Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
