About the Role
Chick-fil-A Duluth is looking for a full-time Back of House Team Leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This isn''t just a nice-to-have - bilingual fluency is a requirement for this position. You''ll lead shifts in our kitchen, train and develop team members, and serve as a communication bridge across our BOH team, making sure every team member is set up to succeed regardless of which language they''re most comfortable in.
