Chick-fil-A Duluth | Full-Time | Leadership Role

About the Role

Chick-fil-A Duluth is looking for a full-time Back of House Team Leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This isn''t just a nice-to-have - bilingual fluency is a requirement for this position. You''ll lead shifts in our kitchen, train and develop team members, and serve as a communication bridge across our BOH team, making sure every team member is set up to succeed regardless of which language they''re most comfortable in.

If you take pride in running a clean, fast, organized kitchen and you genuinely enjoy developing people, this role is for you.

What You''ll Do

• Lead BOH operations during your shifts - production flow, quality, speed, and food safety
• Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish, including onboarding new hires
• Translate and communicate expectations, procedures, and feedback so nothing gets lost between languages
• Own food safety standards: temps, dating, labeling, cleanliness, and closing/opening procedures
• Support the leadership team with scheduling input, performance feedback, and team development
• Set the tone - lead by example with urgency, positivity, and care for your team

What We''re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken) - required. You''ll use both languages daily.
• Kitchen or food service experience preferred; leadership experience is a strong plus
• Reliable, coachable, and calm under pressure during high-volume rushes
• Strong attention to detail with food safety and quality standards
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule, including Saturdays
• 18+ preferred for this leadership role
