About the Role

Chick-fil-A Duluth is looking for a full-time Back of House Team Leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This isn't just a nice-to-have — bilingual fluency is a requirement for this position. You'll lead shifts in our kitchen, train and develop team members, and serve as a communication bridge across our BOH team, making sure every team member is set up to succeed regardless of which language they're most comfortable in.

What You'll Do

• Lead BOH operations during your shifts — production flow, quality, speed, and food safety
• Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish, including onboarding new hires
• Translate and communicate expectations, procedures, and feedback so nothing gets lost between languages
• Own food safety standards: temps, dating, labeling, cleanliness, and closing/opening procedures
• Support the leadership team with scheduling input, performance feedback, and team development
• Set the tone — lead by example with urgency, positivity, and care for your team

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken) — required. You'll use both languages daily.
• Kitchen or food service experience preferred; leadership experience is a strong plus
• Reliable, coachable, and calm under pressure during high-volume rushes
• Strong attention to detail with food safety and quality standards
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule, including Saturdays
• 18+ preferred for this leadership role
