Back of House Team Leader

Full-Time Hours in Just 3 Days Per Week

• Specifically looking for an opening Back of House Team Leader
• Work only Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and receive full-time hours.
• Typical shift: 5:30am–5:30pm
• One weekly leadership meeting on an off-day (1 hour/week on a Wednesday or Friday)
• No Sundays

Position Overview

The Back of House Opening Team Leader sets the tone for the entire day in the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will lead while working in position.

You are responsible for food safety, speed, product quality, coaching team members, and ensuring the next shift is set up for success.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high ownership, and a coachable spirit.

Responsibilities

• Execute all BOH opening procedures
• Lead and position team members effectively
• Coach in real time during peak
• Maintain strict food safety standards
• Monitor waste, portioning, and product levels
• Run breaks and manage shift flow
• Complete and delegate daily checklists
• Communicate clearly in Slack and post shift notes
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Available Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 5:30am-5:30pm
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced kitchen environment
