Back of House Team Member (AM / Breakfast Shift)

At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House AM Team Members are responsible for setting the tone for the entire day. This team prepares and serves our breakfast menu with precision, speed, and consistency—delivering the quality our guests expect from the very first order.

From crafting fresh biscuits to executing a smooth transition into lunch, our morning kitchen team plays a critical role in building momentum for the day’s success.

Position Type:

Full-time and Part-time (Morning Availability Required)

Shift:

Typically 5:30am–2:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Execute opening procedures and set up the kitchen for daily operations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency
• Support team members to ensure a smooth shift and strong transition into lunch
