They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

*We are currently holding open interviews every Tuesday from 4pm-5pm. Apply and come to our restaurant to be interviewed by one of your hiring directors. If you have a resume you can attach it to your application or bring in a hard copy. Open interviews end at 5pm sharp.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times (sanitizing, sweeping, moping, washing dishes, restocking items, wiping equipment)
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
  • Working in extreme heat and cold temperatures
  • Staying organized with the first in, first out system
  • Handling raw and frozen chicken

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be available to work at least 4 hours on Saturdays
  • Consistent and reliable (clock in on time)
  • Cheerful and positive attitude

  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

  • No previous work experience is necessary
