Requirements and Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to:

• Prepare food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Follow directions and complete tasks with attention to detail
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked
• Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests quickly and accurately
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift

Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for extended periods. Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

We ask you to:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout scheduled shifts
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
