Main Responsibilities for a Back of House Team Member- Dishwasher:
- Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots.
- Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances (coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers, stoves)
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including appliances and machines
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
- Trash runs
Back of House Team Member- Dishwasher Qualifications:
- A passion for cleanliness and food service; ability to follow all food safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasher; proficient in operating with different types of dishes
- Must carry at least a high school diploma or an equivalent
