Back of House Team Member PM (Closing Shift)

At Chick-fil-A St Cloud, our Back of House PM Team Members are responsible for finishing the day strong. This team delivers high-quality food during evening hours while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and fully reset for the next day. From maintaining speed and accuracy during dinner to executing a disciplined close, our night crew plays a critical role in protecting standards and setting up the next shift for success.

As a BOH team member, you will be provided with tools and training to produce the highest quality menu items in a quick service restaurant. From hand-breading our award-winning Chick-fil-A chicken, to chopping lettuce and preparing other food items on a daily. You will be part of maintaining the standard for the entire industry. Our team works hard together and is able to have fun while serving our valued guests. There is a reason Chick-fil-A is a customer preferred restauarant, and it is because of our outstanding team members who genuinely care for our Guests' experience.

Position Type:

Full-time and Part-time (2PM - 11PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Execute closing procedures with precision and accountability
• Stock, clean, and reset all stations for the next day
• Work as a team to maintain flow and finish the shift strong
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and dress code at all times.
