Back of House Team Member PM (Closing Shift)

At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House PM Team Members are responsible for finishing the day strong. This team delivers high-quality food during evening hours while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and fully reset for the next day.

From maintaining speed and accuracy during dinner to executing a disciplined close, our night crew plays a critical role in protecting standards and setting up the next shift for success.

Position Type:

Full-time and Part-time (Afternoon/Evening Availability Required)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Execute closing procedures with precision and accountability
• Stock, clean, and reset all stations for the next day
• Work as a team to maintain flow and finish the shift strong
