Responsibilities & Expectations

Applicants must be able to:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Be knowledgeable in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock and maintain kitchen inventory
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects
