Back of House Team Member job duties may include:

  • Preparing fresh sandwiches, nuggets, strips, waffle fries, and other menu items offered.
  • Operating fryers and other machinery.
  • Preparing catering trays.
  • Breading chicken and fileting chicken.
  • Washing dishes and operating a dishwasher.
  • General cleaning in the kitchen.
  • Occasionally unloading daily truck shipments.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
