Back Office Operations Intern

Help keep a fast-growing restaurant tech company running smoothly. You'll work directly with our operations team on the day-to-day that keeps Fonda moving — data entry, account setup, customer records, and process improvement.

You'll be doing things like:

• Setting up and maintaining restaurant accounts in our platform

• Tracking onboarding progress and flagging issues for the team

• Organizing customer data and keeping our CRM clean

• Helping document internal processes as we scale

Good fit if you:

• Are detail-oriented and comfortable working in spreadsheets and simple tools

• Communicate clearly in writing (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus)

• Are currently enrolled in a business, operations, or related program

• Can commit 15–20 hours/week
