The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery of back-office system solutions, ensuring alignment between Quarterhill’s core products and customer-specific expectations. Acting as the primary technical authority, the TDM guides programs from bid phase through final system acceptance, translating complex technical requirements into successful, scalable implementations.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—requiring a proactive, consultative, and solution-oriented leader who can drive delivery excellence while fostering strong customer partnerships and enabling long-term success.

Qualifications:OR
10+ years of tolling industry experience, including at least two full-cycle agency system deliveries
Demonstrated experience delivering complex back-office or enterprise system solutions
Strong understanding of system integration, software delivery lifecycles, and customer implementation strategies
Work experience is highly valued.
