At Kriete Truck Centers, our Back Counter Parts Associates are the internal engine of our service department. In this role, your customer is our team of elite diesel technicians. You are the lifeline who ensures they get the exact parts they need to get trucks back on the road safely and efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day:
· Keep Techs Moving: Deliver fast, accurate parts service to our shop floor to minimize technician downtime.
· Problem-Solve: Assist mechanics in selecting the correct parts, identifying compatible components, and catching any extra gaskets or seals needed for the job.
· Track Inventory: Partner with the parts manager to track usage, manage back-orders, and proactively prevent parts shortages.
· Own Your Space: Maintain a highly organized, clean parts counter area so inventory is easy to locate and free from damage.
· Stay Sharp: Participate in paid manufacturer training to keep your product and OEM software knowledge razor-sharp.
What You Bring:
· A high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Strong attention to detail—you take pride in getting the parts order right the first time.
· Solid computer literacy; ability to quickly learn dealer management and OEM catalog software.
· Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
· Prior experience in parts sales, inventory management, or warehouse logistics is preferred, but a motivated attitude and strong communication skills are what matter most!
