Backend and Infra Software Engineer Graduate (Dev Infra US) - 2027 Start

Our team works to build out the development services that enable engineers to deliver high-quality features and systems to our users. We aim to provide systems enabling software development streamline and productive. The systems we are building include Cloud IDE, Intelligent Unit Test Generation, code and build systems, CI/CD software, Micro service management and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• R&D Infrastructure Construction : Participate in developing core R&D tools such as IDE, code management systems, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize the efficiency and stability of R&D processes .
• AI Technology Implementation : Explore the application of AI in scenarios like code generation, fault diagnosis, and dependency management, and participate in the construction of AI R&D toolchains to enhance team R&D efficiency .
• Technical Research and Transformation : Track cutting-edge technologies such as distributed systems, cloud-native, and large models, and transform new technologies into practical R&D tools and solutions to serve internal business lines .
• System Maintenance and Optimization : Participate in daily maintenance of company-level R&D platforms, resolve technical issues, and continuously optimize system performance and user experience .Minimum Qualifications
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (such as Go, Java, Python, C++) with solid programming foundation.
• Understand computer principles, data structures and algorithms, and have basic system design thinking.
• Have basic knowledge of distributed systems, databases, message queues, and CI/CD processes.
• Possess strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, and can quickly adapt to new technologies and business scenarios.
• Have team collaboration spirit and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have project experience in AI tool development, large model applications, or cloud-native related fields .
• Have participated in open source projects with code submission records or technical blog outputs .
• Understand DevOps concepts and have internship experience related to CI/CD processes or R&D tools .
