This role involves developing innovation strategies, processes, and best practices to support business objectives.
Leading the discovery phase of medium to large projects to create high-level designs.
Managing a small team of 3-4 engineers for various engineering projects.
Leading and participating in end-to-end service implementations, data ingestion, and orchestration.
Designing and implementing low-latency services.
Promoting company policies, values, and ethical standards.
Troubleshooting business and production issues.
The ideal candidate should have skills in Java, Scala, Python, with exposure to Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
Required technical expertise includes Core Java, Microservices, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Kafka, Cassandra, multithreading, Spring, Swagger, Maven, Git, and cloud platforms.
Additional experience with SQL, C, C++, Perl, Oracle, DB2, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Windows, AIX, HPUX, and related technologies is preferred.
