Role - Backend/Full Stack developer

Location -Sunnyvale, CA

Duration - Fulltime Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Python; Node.js / TypeScript; Java; Go (Golang)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications.

Build and maintain secure, well-documented, and versioned RESTful APIs.

Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.

Work with COE PM to

Develop and execute change management plans for new features and process updates

Create training materials, newsletters, and stakeholder communications

Drive adoption through clear communication, enablement, and feedback loops

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

RESTful APIs; SQL Server
