Strong hands-on Backend / Full-Stack Engineer
Python, Java, TypeScript, React
Experience with AWS and distributed systems
AWS serverless: Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB
Experience building and supporting production systems
Understanding of risk, compliance, accuracy, and auditability
AI/LLM experience — AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, RAG is a strong plus
Able to ramp up quickly, own features end-to-end, and ship fast
