Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL, along with experience in the Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domain.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable microservices-based backend applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
• Build and integrate Kafka-based messaging and real-time data streaming solutions.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks for application development.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• 10 15 years of backend Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
• Solid understanding of SOLID design principles and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience in Cards & Payments and/or Asset & Wealth Management domain is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
