Being a small hospital, communication is very good between providers and therapy and it is easy to get assistance with patient or staff needs; it is a very supportive environment. We use imobile to communicate with each other and with the hospitalists, case managers, RN's. The 2 staff PT's have 15 and 30+ years of experience and one is a certified wound care therapist. They are very supportive. | |
