Bacon Processing Technician

Picture the start of your shift: you gear up, step onto a clean, temperature-controlled production floor, and help transform top-quality pork into the Sugardale bacon customers love. You’ll rotate through hands-on tasks, keep the line running smoothly, and contribute to a proud, century-old tradition of American food craftsmanship.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Fresh Mark – Massillon, OH
• Job Type: Full Time
• Immediate openings across multiple shifts

Compensation

• Hourly rates ranging from $15.00–$20.80/hr.
• Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.
• Opportunity to bid to higher paying positions after 3 months.

Shifts

• Monday–Saturday operations
• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–Midnight
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am

Schedule determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.

What You’ll Do

• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Work in a cold manufacturing environment.
• Be on your feet for at least 8 hours per day.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work overtime and weekends if needed.
• Stand for long periods as well as bending and twisting.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
