The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Delights guests to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Supports teamwork and assists team members as needed.
- Operates and maintains the station using prep sheets and recipes, ensuring food quality, freshness, and proper portioning.
- Prepares menu items within specified timeframes and maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Packages carryout orders and manages station organization using the "clean as you go" method.
- Unloads deliveries and stores supplies properly.
- Responds promptly to orders and guest requests with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of food prep experience, guest service mindset, ability to read and follow instructions, energetic, flexible, and capable of standing for up to 4 hours. Must foster strong team relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
