Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

JOB SUMMARY
Bagging merchandise at register, performing cleaning functions and retrieving carts to ensure customer requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES

E Provide products and services that are competitively priced, always meet the requirements of internal and
external customers and abide by the Company’s Mission Statement.
E Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety) and sanitation regulations are met.
E Bagging groceries by receiving groceries at end of register, asking customer if they prefer paper or plastic
bags, placing heavy items on bottom of bag and light, crushable items on top. Separating soaps and chemical items from fresh foods in separate bags and placing bagged merchandise in cart.
E Returning carts from lot by gathering carts in central area of lot, then pushing five carts at a time to specific storage area.
A Do price checks by identifying product, going to area on shelf and checking shelf tag for the price, then returning and informing cashier.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
No education or experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to read and follow instructions
Verbal and written communicative skills
Basic math skills
Good customer relations skills
