Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Bagging Automation Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Marshall, MN. What You’ll Do as a Bagging Automation Operator:- Configure and set up bagging and packaging equipment
- Load materials and operate high-speed automated machinery
- Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality
- Troubleshoot issues and respond quickly to production problems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform basic machine checks and follow safety protocols
What You Need to Bring to the Bagging Automation Operator Role:- Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow written production instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
