As a Baker at ARIA, youll bring precision, creativity, and consistency to every batch. Youll follow detailed recipes and yield guides to produce high-quality baked goods that support multiple venues across the property, from fine dining to large-scale banquets.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.8934 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides • Assist in decorating cakes and pastries • Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas • Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation • Set-up and break down work station • Regularly runs for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service • Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age • Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • Has 1+ Years of prior relevant baking experience
