Behind every Nothing Bundt Cake is a team member who takes pride in doing things the right way. As a Baker/Bake Assist, you’ll help create the delicious cakes our guests love while making sure our bakery is prepared to deliver quality products every day.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and bake Bundt Cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes, procedures, and standards.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare pans and batter for production.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Follow the daily bake plan and communicate production needs with the Bakery Manager.
• Assist with removing, cooling, storing, and preparing cakes for frosting.
• Maintain proper product rotation and follow FIFO procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Keep baking equipment, workstations, and BOH areas clean and organized.
• Properly label and store ingredients and products.
• Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicate shortages or concerns.
• Work efficiently to keep production on schedule.
• Support the Frosting team and other bakery team members as needed.
• Help prepare the bakery for the next day's production.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

• Can follow recipes and detailed procedures.
• Are dependable and punctual.
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Can stand for extended periods and lift/move ingredients and bakery supplies as required.
• Are willing to learn and grow your baking skills.

Previous baking or food-service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person!
