What You’ll Do as a Dynamic Baker

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, and desserts with precision and care
• Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
• Handle prep tasks like scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing baked goods
• Monitor bake times and product appearance to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen station
• Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for freshness and quality
• Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets accurately
• Support team goals with flexibility and urgency
• Assist in training new bakers on recipes and methods

What You Bring to Our Loving Bakery Team

• At least 1 year of bakery production experience
• Knowledge of baking techniques, recipe execution, and timing
• Understanding of food safety, labeling, and sanitization practices
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification preferred
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
• Positive energy, passion for hospitality, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy kitchen
• Enthusiasm for Paris Baguette’s mission and values
