Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake pastries, bagels, and other bakery items according to company recipes and standards
  • Assist with dough preparation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing products
  • Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Support production planning to meet daily café demand across multiple locations
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with dishwashing and equipment cleaning
  • Collaborate with café and production teams to ensure timely product delivery

Qualifications
  • Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude
  • Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality is a plus
Schedule
  • Part-time hours (approx. 15 hours per week)
  • Early morning production shifts

Please note: No overnight shifts required! Shift starts 5 am.
