Baker

Ability to produce quality baked goods and provide friendly and courteous service to guests. Must be able produce large batch food orders in a commercial kitchen.  Must have extensive food and ingredient knowledge, including that of special diets and food allergies.  Must have a demonstrated ability to operate most commercial kitchen equipment. 

Must possess culinary skills such as patisserie, pulled sugar, chocolates, confections, baking, and cake decorating, including the ability to follow a recipe or other specification.  Must possess basic food and ingredient knowledge, including special diets and food allergies
