We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Baker to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in baking from scratch, and can thrive in a structured, fast-paced setting.

This role requires early morning availability, with shifts typically starting around 3:00 AM.

What can we offer YOU:

• PAY: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant baking experience in a bread bakery required
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized recipes
• Reliable and efficient work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
• Mix, scale, and shape dough for breads, rolls, and specialty items
• Bake products according to proper temperatures and timing
• Monitor ovens and adjust as needed for quality control
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
