The Bakery Specialist/Baker is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Bakery Specialist/Baker produces the highest quality baked goods, maintains department conditions,to include proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the Bakery department. The Bakery Specialist/Baker provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be proficient in baking and ordering (as assigned) for the entire sales areas of the bakery department.
Must project a clean and professional appearance.
Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.

Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.
