Are you passionate about crafting fresh bread and irresistible desserts? We’re looking for a talented and reliable Bread & Dessert Baker to join our kitchen team! il Bracco Restaurant is a new Italian-inspired restaurant opening at the end of March in Paradise Valley.

What You’ll Do:


  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch

  • Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistent quality

  • Ensure all items are fresh, beautifully presented, and ready on schedule

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items

What We’re Looking For:


  • Previous baking experience (professional kitchen preferred)

  • Knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, and dessert techniques

  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Team player with a positive attitude
