Do you love the craft of artisan bread baking? We're looking for an experienced Artisan Bread Baker to join a respected wholesale bakery that supplies handcrafted breads to many of the area's top restaurants, specialty markets, and grocery stores.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a baker with 2+ years of artisan bread experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working with high-quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and a team that takes pride in exceptional products.

What You'll Do

• Mix, ferment, shape, score, and bake a variety of artisan breads
• Work with naturally fermented and yeasted doughs
• Monitor proofing, baking, and product quality to ensure consistency
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with a skilled production team to meet daily production goals
• Continuously refine techniques and contribute ideas for quality improvement

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of artisan bread baking experience
• Experience working with handcrafted breads and traditional baking methods
• Passion for baking and commitment to producing exceptional products
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
