Early morning baker needed for a 4:00 AM shift. Responsible for mixing doughs, preparing, shaping, proofing, and baking breads, croissants, and pastries according to recipes and production schedules. Must be reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Previous bakery experience preferred and ability to work well with a team is essential.
