The Bakery Assistant General Manager serves as a critical operational leader within the bakery, helping ensure every product reflects Tatte’s commitment to craft, consistency, and excellence. The Bakery AGM is the operational second-in-command to the Bakery General Manager and plays a hands-on leadership role in daily production execution, team leadership, food safety, and operational performance. This role oversees production supervisors and bakery teams across multiple departments, ensuring production goals, quality standards, staffing plans, and operational priorities are executed effectively and consistently. The Bakery AGM helps translate strategy into execution, balancing people leadership, operational discipline, and continuous improvement to support a high-performing, scalable bakery operation. This leader is deeply engaged on the floor, coaching teams, solving operational challenges, and reinforcing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
