This role supports our pastry and bakery operations by assisting with production, preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys baking, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in consistency and presentation.Shifts will be 2-3 mornings a week Monday-Friday.ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation and production of baked goods, desserts, and pastriesFollow recipes and production schedules accuratelyMeasure, mix, and prepare ingredientsSupport chefs with decorating, finishing, and plating itemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bakery areasProperly store ingredients and finished productsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with packing and labeling for events as neededQualificationsPrevious bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)Passion for baking and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsFlexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as neededWhat We OfferHands-on experience in a professional catering kitchenOpportunity to grow within a well-established catering companySupportive and team-driven work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
