We are hiring back of house team members, including Bakers and Separators, with weekend availability required.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, committed to excellent customer service, and willing to grow quickly. Responsibilities include decorating baked goods, maintaining cleanliness, performing tasks like separating, filling, and baking, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure quality and efficiency. Cross-training in multiple departments is expected.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, preferred retail or food experience, strong organizational skills, acceptable English communication, and compliance with health and safety standards. Must be at least 18 years old, able to perform moderate physical activities, and available on weekends and holidays.
