A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin' bakery products, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and bagels.
Responsibilities Include:
Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
Ensure equipment is used as designed
Maintain a clean and organized staging area
Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Work other positions as directed by supervisor
