• 2+ years of experience in baking, inventory management, and vendor communication
• Ability to lift 11-25 lbs.
• Serve Safe certification is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Execute industrial baking tasks with precision and efficiency
• Accurately count, track, and manage ingredient and product inventory
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors to coordinate orders
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations
• Operate baking equipment safely and follow established operating procedures
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes or batch specifications
• Package finished baked goods for delivery, storage, or distribution
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality
