Cafe/Shift Lead— Artisanal Bakery (Grass Valley / Auburn)

We're an artisanal bakery that's been baking from scratch for the Grass Valley and Auburn communities for over 45 years. We're growing and building a team that cares about craft — real butter, real sourdough, real hospitality. If you take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you.

Full-time. Lead daily shift operations at one of our locations. You'll own the guest experience and partner with our production team to keep the case full and beautiful. Several years of leadership experience in a similar setting (bakery, café, or artisan food retail) required.
