• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display area.
• Prepare and package baked goods for sale.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure all products meet quality and freshness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
